Judah Lou!

Introducing Judah Lou! She was born June 3, 2013 at 12:56 am. She weighed 6lbs 9 ounces and was 20 inches long. She is 12 days old today and has fit right into the Fowler family! God has blessed us with a very smooth transition from 2 to 3 children. I'm so very thankful. Spicer Beth and Axl absolutely adore her and daddy and I do too! We are now the "Fowler Five!" Thank you Jesus for the blessing of adding another member to our family. We give you all the praise and glory! :)

A Little Rodeo Action

We took the kiddos to the Old Fort Days Rodeo this week. This has become an annual tradition for our family. We started going when SB was just 18 months old and haven't missed a year since. We love it! The kids love it! It's just good ol' family fun. :) This year Axl was old enough to really take it all in and take it all in is exactly what he did! The boy is a little cowboy at heart! He loves animals. I mean LOVES them! He loved having his cowboy gear on too. He'd point to the cowboys and grab his hat. Just so proud to have the same thing as them. We really enjoyed watching him this year. He trotted around that rodeo like he owned the joint! ha! He's a hoot! Of course, Spicer Beth loved it! Her favorite part was watching the kids dance competition. Pretty sure she wants me to sign her up for that next year! She also enjoyed her smoothie! :) I wore my high heel cowgirl boots out there for my girl. I haven't worn heels since before getting pregnant. But did it for my girl! I survived! PTL! There was a point I thought Jared may have to try and carry me out of there or get a front-end loader to get me out of there! lol! We've really had fun with the "big" jokes this pregnancy! ha!

38 weeks!

Welp! Little miss is still hangin out in mommas warm, cozy womb! I was 38 weeks on Wed. So today, I'm 38 1/2 weeks pregnant. If I don't go into labor today, (which, tonight would be just awesome!), then this will be the longest I've ever carried a child. I've gained about 34 pounds total. I'd like to keep it at that! ;) I'm feeling pretty good other than being EXTREMELY tired. Judah Lou is just taking all the energy right out of me. I'm so very thankful to be pregnant. I'm so very thankful to have a healthy growing girl in my womb, one that is really liking her current place of residence! lol! Dr. Bell says we will deliver sometime this next week if she hasn't came on her own. He isn't a fan of inductions and usually wants nature to take its course, but in my case (with high blood pressure) he doesn't want to let me stay pregnant too long. We want to avoid any blood pressure spikes if at all possible. It's so crazy for me to "pick" the day my baby will be born. Never done that before! I'm praying my water will break before I have to make that decision.
