Oh how I Want to be a good momma

Mothering is really something special. I really love it but it is so hard at times. Lately I've been feeling so emotional about it. I want to be the best I can be for my kiddos! Am I doing that?! I don't know, but I do feel like I'm trying and that's all I can do. I'm trying with the help and guidance of my sweet Jesus to be the best mommy to spicer Beth and axl joe. After all, these two deserve nothing less than my best. I have felt so judged by those around me lately, probably just an attack and no one is judging at all, but nonetheless that's how I feel. I feel like I've been the topic of conversation with my decisions as a mom. No one likes to feel that way. But when you go against the norm I guess people will talk. I've felt so alone lately. Again, probably an attack and self-pity. I'm so thankful that no matter what my Jesus reminds me of what he's called me to as a wife and mommy and now teacher to my kiddos. I'm thankful his word reminds me daily of what he's called me and my family too. Some may not understand, but that's ok. It's me and my family and yours is you and your family. I don't judge you. As for me and my house we will serve the Lord! God is faithful and I am thankful! Just needed to share from my heart today. :)

25 weeks pregnant!

Mount magazine fun!

We had a great time up on the mountain Sunday and Monday. It's always so relaxing to lounge in the cabin and let the kids play and swim. Both our kids are little water babies and I love it! Can't wait for summertime and the pool! Thank you Jesus for special time with our family!

I love valentines day! There is just something so special to me about celebrating a day specially made for love! I'm so thankful for my little valentines and my big valentine! We celebrated with daddy the day before valentines day because he had to work on valentines day. We ate a yummy breakfast at home, played, sb and daddy went to the gym and brought home flowers and balloons for momma (sweeties) and then we headed to nwa to car shop (had to get a bigger car for our growing family). It was such a fun day! Then on valentines day the kids and I met aunt mindy for lunch and of course she spoiled them with a big iced cookie from the cookie company. :) finally this weekend Jared and I went to a marriage conference in fs. It was an overnight thing and man was it amazing! They made everything so special! We loved it! I love my little loves and I'm so very thankful for all of them, including the babe in my belly Judah Lou! :)

Pure sweetness...

I walked into the living room the other day and found my little man snuggled up next to my sweet girl, while she rubbed his hair. Just way to precious! It doesn't get much sweeter than that! Love my sweet kiddos!

18 months!

My sweet little man, Axl Joe, turned 18 months old last week! He is such a fun, energetic and ornery little guy. The words "all boy" come to mind when I think of Axl. He absolutely loves playing outside! When he gets to go out (it's been very cold) he just takes off! He likes to swing, ride his horsie, ride the tractor with daddy, run out in the pasture, play in daddy's big trailor, drive his mini razor and do anything big sister is doing! I love watching him play with spicer. For the most part the two of them really get along. They are precious! Of course they have their ornery moments with each other too! Lol! Axl is funny!! One funny thing he does is grunt when he sees something of daddy's or if he's just wanting to do something really boyish! Lol! And oh how the boy loves his daddy! He gets beyond excited when he knows daddy is home from work! I love their relationship! Jared is an amazing daddy! Axl weighs close to 30 pounds and looks pretty muscular for a baby! Lol! Guess he's gonna take after daddy with those muscles! :) We sure do love our Axl Joe and all his excitement and energy! Jared and I are blessed and thankful to be this handsome little guy's mommy and daddy! We love you Axl!

Baby Girl!

Last week we found out that we are expecting a BABY GIRL! YAY! We could not be more excited, especially Spicer Beth! She is so thrilled to get her baby sister that she's prayed for! She can't wait for them to dress alike! Love it! Baby Girl's name is Judah Lou. Jared absolutely loved the name Judah and I wanted to use my meme's name. So Lou is after my sweet meme. So thankful to be able to use her name! I think it's pretty darn cute! :) Axl Joe doesn't really understand what's transpiring in his little world, but he was excited to get some pink balloons! lol! Two sisters will be perfect for my busy busy full blown BOY! ha! God is good and we are very very thankful!
